We are passionate about personal development and training for everyone so when you join our company you are made to feel welcome and will take part in our three hour company induction usually within your first month. This includes a full tour of our company and training to give you the confidence and skills in your job. You will then received training with our department usually on a 'buddy' system with a more experienced team member.  There are options to undergo formal qualifications relevant to your area and also an NVQ in association with a local college.  Your training and development is on going to help you learn and develop.
